Return & Refund Policy – Celebrity Shirts

At Celebrity Shirts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how to send your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged by normal wear or improper use

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

We’ll fix it ASAP (replacement or refund).

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If we made a mistake (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover shipping
