- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- During high demand, processing times may be slightly longer
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out.

- U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–20 business days

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update
Delays
Celebrity Shirts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
Incorrect Address
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Celebrity Shirts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- If your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier first

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

- Include your order number and photos of the damage
